Queer Edge Consulting is dedicated to empowering organizations with comprehensive LGBTQ+ inclusivity training to foster diverse and affirming environments. Founded by Crystal Libby, a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and inclusivity, our consulting firm offers specialized training and consultation services tailored to various industries, including healthcare, legal, and education.
As a Corporate Trainer, Technical Writer, and Author, Crystal Libby is dedicated to fostering inclusivity, cultural competency, and equity in professional and community spaces as well as amplifying queer voices.
Crystal served as Vice President of Salinas Valley Pride Celebrations (SVPC) for several years, where she launched the Monterey County LGBTQIA+ Friendly Business Directory and the SVPC Safe Space Program, strengthening LGBTQIA+ visibility and community support.
As Vice Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for Monterey County, she advises the Board of Supervisors on civil rights, diversity, and inclusion. She is also a member of the Elimination of Bias Committee Advisory Council with the Monterey County Superior Court, shaping initiatives and training programs that promote equity.
